Terms of use
The plain house rules.
The terms of using this website. Short, and in plain English. How we handle your data is set out separately in our privacy policy.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Liberfy, the trading name of Michael Aheirwe, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Liberfy is not a registered limited company. You can reach us at hello@liberfy.co.uk, or by post at Liberfy, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
What this site is, and is not
This site describes the services Liberfy offers. The descriptions are a fair account of what we build. They are not a contract, a quote, or a guarantee of a particular result. Anything we agree to do for you is set out separately, in writing, before any work begins.
We keep the site accurate and honest. We do not display client names, logos, testimonials or figures we cannot stand behind.
Fair use
Please use the site as intended. Do not try to disrupt it, access parts of it you are not meant to, or use it to send anything unlawful. The words, design and graphics on this site belong to Liberfy; please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Links and things outside our control
Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. The site is provided as it is; while we take care to keep it working and accurate, we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.
Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. These terms, and any dealings with Liberfy through this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
